BrainPains is a group blog dedicated to discussing the philosophy of mind and related issues.  It aims to be a forum for the discussion of recent academic work in the field, as well as a place to present ideas that connect with and advance discussion in the philosophy of mind. 

The administrators of BrainPains are Philippe Chuard, Brad Thompson, and Robert Howell, and links to their personal web pages can be found on the BrainPains home page. BrainPains is run out of the Department of Philosophy at Southern Methodist University, and the administrators would like to thank SMU and the department for financial support of the blog.
